Religion in Cuba goes far much further than practicing a religion. It is a complex fusion of cultures, each with their own religious and historical principles.

This specialized brief pilgrimage will take you to churches, temples, synagogues, and community projects.

Remarks:

- Pick-up: The day starts with a walk through Old Havana. If you are staying in the historic center of Havana, the guide will pick you up at your accommodation.

- Participants staying outside Old Havana can go to the meeting point on their own. You can also book a transfer (€ 20,00 per car).
Meeting point: Centro de Visitantes de San Cristóbal (address: O'Reilly y Avenida del Puerto, Old Havana, close to Plaza de Armas). You’ll meet your guide here.

- If you are not staying in a hotel, but in a casa particular, please make sure to enter the complete address during the reservation process.

- A maximum of 4 people can be seated in the car (plus driver).

- The city tour per car in the afternoon is what is called a panoramic ride, which means that you’ll see the listed places, but don’t enter them (except for the entrance of the cemetery). However, if you do want to visit a certain place, feel free to do so. In case an entrance fee will be charged, you can pay for it on the spot.

- Initially, we had planned a visit to Callejón de Hamel (a narrow alley and tribute to the Afro-Cuban culture). However, due to recent negative comments about tourist-friendliness, we have decided not to go there until quietness has returned. If you do feel comfortable to walk through the alley Callejón de Hamel by yourself, please let your driver know.

- Although a specific dress code has not been communicated, it will be appreciated if you do not enter these houses of God too undressed. You will also feel more comfortable yourself.
